Hi, I’m Emma, a narrative designer and writer with a background in creative writing, literary analysis, and long-form storytelling. Across each of my experiences, I’ve been drawn to the same question: what keeps people invested in a story and motivated to see if through to the end?

I’m particularly interested in RPGs, quest design, and the ways narrative and gameplay work together to create meaningful player experiences. I enjoy collaborating with others, iterating on ideas through feedback, and exploring how narrative techniques and game structures can guide player motivation.

Outside of games, I write novels and short stories. I enjoy watching horror movies, reading queer literature, and hanging out with my cat.

I’m always excited to learn from others, take on new creative challenges, and contribute to projects that put an audience at the heart of the experience.
